Responsibilities
Assist assigned agents with client consultations and insurance policy management, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and expert advice.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain insights into sales techniques and insurance products.
Develop a strong understanding of the insurance market in Apple Valley, applying this knowledge to support sales strategies.
Engage in outbound communications to build relationships with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of policies offered by District 54 Insurance.
Support agents in cross-selling initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional insurance products.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining regular follow-ups and addressing any policy-related concerns.
Requirements
Licensing: Must begin or be in the process of obtaining a Minnesota Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Centric: Must be passionate about delivering outstanding service and building relationships with clients.
Adaptability: Comfortable with hybrid remote work, maintaining efficiency and collaboration.
Motivated: Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
