Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Learn how to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Generate new business through networking, community involvement, and lead generation strategies.
Assist in marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide exceptional service to new and existing policyholders.
Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions about their policies.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Agency Operations & Leadership
Gain insight into daily agency operations, including underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration.
Develop skills in team leadership, hiring, and performance management.
Participate in financial and strategic planning to understand business profitability
Requirements
Are coachable, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Have experience in sales, business, customer service, or marketing (preferred but not required).
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
