About the Role
As an Agent in Training, youll work alongside an experienced Farmers Insurance agent to learn the business from the ground up. With guidance from industry leaders and resources from the University of Farmers, youll gain the skills and confidence to transition into agency ownership.

Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve company targets.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Budget Management: Oversee the sales department's budget, optimizing cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
