Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the sales team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Report Generation: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a sales position, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
Customer Relationship: Strong capabilities in fostering and maintaining client relationships.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems and remote communication tools.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a hybrid work environment.
