Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
Reporting: Regularly monitor sales performance and report results to senior management while implementing necessary measures for improvement.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for the sales team to enhance skills and knowledge.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities, adapting sales tactics accordingly.
Requirements
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the insurance sector.
Licensing: Minnesota State Insurance License required.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
