Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide a dynamic team of sales representatives to reach monthly and annual sales targets.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, providing constructive feedback and resources to improve effectiveness and productivity.
Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new opportunities to expand the business.
Training & Development: Design and deliver ongoing training programs to ensure sales team members are equipped with the latest sales techniques and product knowledge.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analytics, and forecasts to senior leadership.
