Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Execute bank reconciliation to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure all accounts are accurately represented.
- Assist in technical accounting matters and provide support for regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze financial concepts and improve reporting processes.
- Maintain organized documentation for all accounting activities and transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounting Specialist or similar position.
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliation techniques.
- Familiarity with technical accounting standards and practices.
- Experience with accounts receivable management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
