Salary: $75K base $75K OTE (Commissions)

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team, specializing in video marketing and content creation SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for a high-energy professional with a competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and a proven ability to exceed sales quotas. You will engage with marketing leaders, creative professionals, and enterprise decision-makers to sell innovative video and content management platforms. A successful candidate will have a strong track record in SaaS sales and a passion for digital content and brand storytelling.

Duties And Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and execute a strategic, solution-based sales approach tailored to marketing and content-driven businesses
  • Build and manage account plans focused on expansion and net new opportunities

Account Management & Expansion

  • Consult with and advise large, strategic customers on leveraging video and content platforms for audience engagement and brand growth
  • Foster strong relationships within target accounts, identifying new champions through strategic prospecting

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Track and manage all sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting
  • Utilize key sales metrics to predict success and refine strategies

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and adoption
  • Stay updated on industry trends in video marketing, content distribution, and digital engagement to position our solutions effectively

Skills And Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in video marketing, content creation, or digital media SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage and close a large, diverse sales pipeline
  • Strong understanding of complex, solution-based sales processes

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to function independently while collaborating with a team

Work Environment & Mindset

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on results over activity

Education

  • BA/BS degree preferred
