Account Executive We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive with a competitive spirit, strong personal drive, and a proven track record in sales. This role focuses on building executive relationships, driving solution-based sales, and expanding both new and existing customer accounts. Success in this role requires exceeding quotas with tenacity, accountability, high energy, integrity, and discipline. Responsibilities Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Lead a solution-based sales process across multiple stakeholders. Develop strategic account plans for both expansion and new opportunities. Accurately forecast sales and track key performance metrics. Consult and advise strategic customers to drive adoption and enterprise-wide deployment. Maintain detailed records of sales activity in the CRM. Build strong relationships within key accounts and execute strategic prospecting initiatives. Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills. 3 years of sales experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS solutions. Proven ability to manage a large and diverse sales pipeline. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with complex, solution-based sales strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Solid work ethic, with a results-driven approach. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
