Duties And Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Develop and execute a strategic, solution-based sales approach tailored to marketing and content-driven businesses
- Build and manage account plans focused on expansion and net new opportunities
- Consult with and advise large, strategic customers on leveraging video and content platforms for audience engagement and brand growth
- Foster strong relationships within target accounts, identifying new champions through strategic prospecting
- Track and manage all sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Utilize key sales metrics to predict success and refine strategies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and adoption
- Stay updated on industry trends in video marketing, content distribution, and digital engagement to position our solutions effectively
Experience & Expertise
- 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in video marketing, content creation, or digital media SaaS
- Proven ability to manage and close a large, diverse sales pipeline
- Strong understanding of complex, solution-based sales processes
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to function independently while collaborating with a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong work ethic with a focus on results over activity
- BA/BS degree preferred
