IT Service Desk Technician

Full-Time | Salt Lake City, UT | $45K - $85K (DOE)

About The Role

We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to provide top-tier technical support, resolve client issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting, following a structured ticketing system, and collaborating with a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot networking, email (M365), printers, peripherals, and Windows OS.
• Maintain security best practices and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support (4–5 times/year).
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
• A Certification required (additional certifications encouraged: Server , NET , Security ).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in M365, networking, and Windows OS.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred but not required).
