The Corporate Recruiter (part-time) will report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development and assist with the recruiting efforts company wide. This role will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner - Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition through to offer, first day and beyond.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Corporate Recruiter (part-time) will report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development and assist with the recruiting efforts company wide. This role will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner - Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition through to offer, first day and beyond.
Special focus to be placed on:
- Assist with talent acquisition function; duties could include editing requisitions, updating job descriptions, reviewing resumes, contacting candidates for initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, etc.
- Seeks out talented candidates to fill open positions within an organization.
- Performs reference checks to assess and screen potential employees.
- Discusses candidate selection with hiring leaders and Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development to influence employment decisions.
- Reads and understands a variety of job descriptions. Research and make travel arrangements for candidates in the interview process and new hires as requested by hiring managers.
- Provide user training to hiring managers and candidates as needed for the Applicant Tracking Systems and other systems.
- Ensure high data quality across recruiting and onboarding reports.
- Assist with upcoming acquisitions as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience reviewing resumes, posting jobs on job boards and sourcing active and passive talent.
- Knowledge of Boolean and LinkedIn searches. Prior experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with SharePoint preferred.
- Knowledgeable of background and drug screen administration and pre-employment compliance.
- Technology savvy - ability to quickly learn software and systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work with and support others in a positive way.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
