We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment and sales process from start to finish for Focus an Onin brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for both sales and matching the right talent with the right opportunity. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in IT and engineering roles while also driving business development efforts to expand our client base.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top IT and engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong match with client needs.
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and grow our portfolio of clients in the IT and engineering sectors.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver qualified candidates.
- Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and grow strong relationships with both clients and candidates to support ongoing staffing needs and future opportunities.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment and sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the IT or engineering sectors.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of successfully developing and managing client relationships.
- Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively in meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences.
- Participate in regular meetings to align strategies and objectives with internal and external teams.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and other communication devices.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and desk work, and occasionally carry and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively during in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences as well as read and analyze written information and data on a computer screen.
