We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment and sales process from start to finish for Focus an Onin brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for both sales and matching the right talent with the right opportunity. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in IT and engineering roles while also driving business development efforts to expand our client base.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top IT and engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong match with client needs.
  • Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and grow our portfolio of clients in the IT and engineering sectors.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and grow strong relationships with both clients and candidates to support ongoing staffing needs and future opportunities.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment and sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the IT or engineering sectors.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of successfully developing and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.


 REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively in meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences.
  • Participate in regular meetings to align strategies and objectives with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written information.
  • Social adaptability.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong leadership mentality.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, work environments, and new technologies. Demonstrates resilience in dynamic situations, embraces continuous learning, and effectively navigates challenges to drive success.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, and via virtual conferences.
  • Use office equipment, including computers, client databases, mobile devices, and other communication tools, to perform job functions effectively while handling proprietary situations and managing sensitive and secure data with the utmost confidentiality and compliance.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proficient use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and other communication devices.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and desk work, and occasionally carry and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively during in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences as well as read and analyze written information and data on a computer screen.
