This position will support Internal Quality- Fabrications/Machining. Work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage quality control program.
- Analyze Scrap and Rework Data.
- Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution.
- Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5-10 years’ manufacturing experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minitab experience.
- Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and evaluate product integrity and standards.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
