The Administrative Coordinator to the IBHS programs is the leader of the operational and administrative needs of the program and staff. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of all operational and administrative aspects of the programs’ needs.
Duties include operational and administrative of all program staff, oversight of all hiring, scheduling, training, billing, timekeeping, consultation with professional and program staff, collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, and reports to the IBHS Clinical Program Director.
Salary: $52,000.00
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a generally recognized clinical field such as counseling, psychology, social work, etc. Minimum of three years’ experience in the area of child/adolescent behavioral health care services.
- Sufficient training and experience related to provision of program admiration, supervision and program development.
Duties:
- Oversight of all components of the administrative and operational components of the IBHS program.
- Supervision of all staff from an administrative and operational stance; including but not limited to billing, timekeeping, scheduling, training, documentation, and ensuring staffing compliments and program coverage at sites, school, client homes, and the community.
- Collaboration with the IBHS Clinical Program Director, Director of Clinical Quality, Director of Systems and Compliance and Human Resources Director, and Program clinicians in the hiring, supervising, training, and discharging of all employees of the programs.
- In conjunction with the Clinical Program Director- oversee all utilization of Ukeru and Emergency Safety Interventions with program clients and ensure appropriate training and qualifications of all staff implementing these techniques in the programs, if applicable where equipment may be present.
- Review of documentation completion; including client medical records, self-medication administration records, progress notes, and oversight of proper documentation of time worked.
- Continually assess operational functioning of the program and communicate plans for improvement to the Clinical Program Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, Director of Systems and Compliance, the Director of Clinical Quality, and Program Supervisors. This includes directing program support staff.
