Job Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lab Technician to join our team in the CSM Ion Exchange (IOX) labs. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Technical field and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule resources and prioritize activities to assure efficient delivery of customer samples, experiments, new product runs, training, and maintenance activities
• Provide daily direction and communications to union process technicians
• Assist in all 5S efforts for compliance in all 5 labs
• Assist in editing and managing Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) documents and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Technical field
• Microsoft proficiency
• Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
