We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Finance Manager! As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for supporting functions of the organization. This role will work closely with the financial services team of Divine House Incorporated and will work in collaboration with the financial team.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a keen eye for detail, is experienced with general accounting concepts, and brings positivity to the work-place culture.
Core Responsibilities
· Oversee and Process all aspects of Payroll including W-2’s managing deductions, direct deposits, proper taxation and correct all errors to ensure payroll accuracy
· Preform and organize tax filings for Federal and state.
· Perform accounts payable responsibilities by verifying invoices ensuring proper tax and line items, paying invoices, and sending payments as needed.
· Monitor Individual site bank accounts and complete bank transfers.
· Review individual site EMO Ledgers & Receipts and allocate expenditures to proper accounts.
· Work with county staff on rate management.
· Process Residents’ CRPS at end of Year.
· Be adaptable or have understanding of Accounting Software (Quick books, Peach Tree, Great Plains etc..)
· Generate and implement creative solutions.
· Reconcile organization credit card statements
· Ensure that all Department of Transportation requirements are met and provided to individual sites of company vehicles. Including but not limited to, insurance, tabs, and licensing. Ensuring employees possess proper licensing.
· Ensure accuracy in data and documentation of various journal entries, account and invoice reconciliations and general ledger support including creating journal entries, invoices, reports and balancing of accounts.
· Monitor bills for fraudulent or excessive billing practices and process remits
· Review all employee benefit renewals and ensure proper procedures for new employees and open enrollment are being processed.
· Provide Administrator with profitability statements and assume other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications include:
· Associates degree in Accounting/Business and/or equivalent experience of
5 years in related experience is required with demonstrated knowledge and skills in accounting functions.
· Ability to successfully handle multiple demands simultaneously in a dead-line orientated environment.
· Ability to conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner, exhibiting sound business judgment.
· Ability to confidentially work with sensitive information.
· Results and details oriented.
· Respect individuals appreciating diversity in experience and organization principles
· Possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
· Available to work extended workdays on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
