- Source and purchase all groceries and pantry staples, ensuring high-quality and fresh ingredients.
- Pack lunches in an easy grab-and-go style, such as salads with protein or poke bowls.
- Prepare mix-and-match dinners with proteins and veggie-forward sides, allowing flexibility for the family to choose their meals.
- Adjust meal plans to accommodate occasional travel by preparing meals they can take with them.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, checking in weekly to plan ahead for meal needs.
- Be open to cooking for occasional dinner parties, events, or holidays if requested.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of culinary experience as a personal Chef and/or in healthy, farm to table restaurants.
- There is a slight preference for classically trained Chefs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and provide strong professional references.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Local to the Charleston, South Carolina area.
