Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Keep candidates engaged with timely updates and clear communication
- Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and internal recruiting process documentation
- Prepare interview materials (assessments, resumes, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineers at all levels and hiring managers across teams
- Publish job postings across multiple job board platforms
- Manage shipping and track materials for recruiting events
- Upperclassman or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource (or a related field)
- Minium GPA of 3.4
- Ability to work 40 hours a week for 4-6 months (Starting in July 2025)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Quick learner who adapts to new technologies (Greenhouse ATS)
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to take on new challenges
