What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Supervisor position at DMSi Software?
The Implementation Supervisor leads a team of implementation analysts focused on onboarding customers onto DMSI products. They will lead, train, and develop team members by training new analysts, facilitating ongoing education for existing analysts, and monitoring the quality and timeliness of core analyst duties. They will assist with enhancing the operational accuracy and efficiency of current implementation operations. This team will seek to uphold and instill a high standard of accuracy, excellence, and market knowledge throughout our implementations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Supervises and monitors all Analyst activities' performance, risk, status, and customer satisfaction.
- Works in tandem with the Manager of Implementations and Program Manager to execute implementations at DMSi.
- Reviews and balances work assigned to analysts and coordinates work with other DMSi team members.
- Leads development and execution of training programs for new and existing Analysts.
- Ensures active knowledge of new software functionality is consumed and utilized by the Analyst team.
- Conducts regular check-ins with the team of Analysts.
- Provides performance feedback to Analyst staff around efficiency and quality of work.
- Handles escalations by Analysts and customers.
- Upholds and enhances positive, collaborative team culture.
- Assists in product management and development initiatives by providing feedback and prioritization.
- Travel to customer sites approximately 10-15% of time. Overnight stay. Typically, 2-4 days out at a time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated ability in people management and coaching skills.
Strong capabilities to apply project management concepts to a team and work toward standardization of processes.
Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply ERP System concepts; understanding of business processes, accounting principles, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, logical, research and problem-solving skills.
Ability to positively interact with all levels of the company and others outside the company.
Ability to maintain a high degree of tact, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree in Accounting, Business Management, MIS, Project Management, or equivalent work experience in similar roles or with similar duties.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual physical demands.
Travel to customer locations as needed, including overnight stays, business air travel, and car rentals.
