Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing the Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics, working closely with our Scripps IS team and operational partners to ensure smooth go-lives and effective system integration.
- Support the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules.
- Assist in the successful execution of go-live events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems.
- Help ensure the integration of Omnicell and Swisslog BoxPicker systems with Epic to enhance pharmacy operations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Willow Inpatient and Inventory-related issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and improve patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory.
- Experience contributing to successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient Inventory systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with 340B program compliance and optimization.
- Familiarity with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration.
- Understanding of Swisslog BoxPicker and Epic integration.
- Background in medication procurement.
