As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for educating clients on the roofing process, timelines and potential challenges.
Responsibilities
- Engage in retail roofing sales, assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales would be door to door, referral or lead based.
- Provide inside sales support by responding to inquiries and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
- 1 years experience in roofing sales, or proven experience in direct sales.
- Strong skills in account management and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and peers.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
As a new employee you will be subject to a 90-day probationary period where your performance will be closely monitored to ensure you meet the expectations of the role, after which your employment will be reviewed for full-time status.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
