- Assist Project Managers in communication with field updates and progress
- Learn to take ownership over all project aspects from initial proposals, project contracts and documents, through project planning, through project completion
- Utilize weekly project schedules basis to determine manpower levels, material quantities, equipment and subcontractor requirements, inspections, staking, and other pertinent tasks
- Process submittals and obtain permits required for assigned projects
- Attend internal preconstruction meetings
- Communicate and collaborate (coordinate) with field supervisors and personnel to stay on top of managing job productivity
- Ensure that all compliance standards over all aspects of the job be met including but not limited to safety and quality control
- Attend weekly planning and production meetings focused on understanding and communicating job progress and areas for opportunity
- Review and code invoices for job-related cost and send to supervisor for approval
- Weekly team meetings that focus on learning and understanding how to analyze job performance, track project progress using production report submitted by field superintendents
- Receive change order requests/requests for information from the field and submit to owners/engineers for direction and completion
- Working towards a degree in construction management or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and organization development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
