- Assisting with new hire orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Managing employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Addressing employee queries and concerns and escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff. Assisting with basic employee inquiries regarding timesheets, payroll, benefits, and login support as needed.
- Distribute physical and digital training material.
- Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets. Prepare ad-hoc reports (e.g., on expenses)
- 1-2 years of experience as a HR Admin, Clerk, Coordinator, or similar positions within an HR department.
- Associate's degree in administration or a related field preferred. BA in Human Resources is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Comprehensive grasp of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compensation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite required . F amiliarity with HR M anagement S ystems (HRMS) and /or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and adept time-management skills.
- Fundamental understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Applicant is required to demonstrate flexibility to working weekends and holidays.
