Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for queries regarding engine disassembly and spare parts availability,delivering clear and timely information to help customers optimize fleet operations and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all queries regarding engine disassembly and spare parts availability, delivering clear and timely information to help customers optimize fleet operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to prioritize dismantling requests, ensuring the rapid availability of high-value components.
- Resolving issues related to parts availability, service inquiries, or logistical challenges. A
- Manage Bonus Tech’s social media presence by answering customer questions, sharing updates on engine components, and promoting the company's sustainable solutions to maintain a positive and informative online presence.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Social media skills.
- Some aviation experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and good troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable, honest, reliable.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Great work ethic.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate range $18.00 based on qualifications.
- Dental, Vision, and Health insurance.
- Paid time off.
- (Waiting Period may apply. Only full-time employees eligible).
Schedule:
- 8 hours shift.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime.
