This leader will be responsible for growing the business from $10M to $250M in revenue over the next five years, leveraging their expertise in product, data science, DSPs, and multi-community development to drive innovation and scale.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategy to scale the business from $10M to $200M in revenue.
- Build and optimize a high-performing product, data science, and ad tech organization.
- Drive profitable revenue expansion through DSPs, multi-community engagement, and cutting-edge Research Tech solutions.
Product & Data Science Excellence
- Lead the development and refinement of best-in-class ad tech and research tech products.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and big data to enhance targeting, efficiency, and performance.
- Oversee DSP integration and innovation, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
Talent Acquisition & Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class team of product leaders, data scientists, and GTM specialists.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead with a hands-on approach, mentoring teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Market & Industry Leadership
- Leverage a deep industry network to attract top-tier partners, clients, and talent.
