- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Assist with keeping coffee pots filled for customers and staff.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Manage processing online orders for shipping.
- Assist with office management tasks including maintaining supplies and organizing files.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly before escalating.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.
