In addition to these core responsibilities, the candidate will frequently interact with patients, staff, and management. They will need to implement office policies and procedures, supervise and train staff, and hire and onboard new employees. Collaborating with nurses, providers, and executives, and utilizing popular software for electronic medical records, billing, scheduling, and timekeeping are also key aspects of the role.
