Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff members while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and offering general information about services. Handle any client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Cash Handling: Process payments for services, manage cash drawers, and handle cash transactions as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of office tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining patient records.
- Communication: Coordinate between clients, veterinary staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for pet owners.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is required; experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office management training is a plus.
- Other: Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Schedule:
- Hospital Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift Details: Shifts will rotate between opening and closing.
Pay:
- Competitive, based on experience
