Registered Dietitian Nutritionist As a remote Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN ) at Included Health, you will deliver personalized remote disease management within our virtual primary care and care and case management service offerings. Using a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach, you will develop individualized care plans that integrate lifestyle pillars such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience, and social connectivity. You will empower patients to set sustainable goals, evaluate progress, and adapt strategies. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure continuity of care and provide support for patients, including those facing oncology-related challenges. Additionally, you may lead virtual group classes on nutrition and lifestyle topics, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to enhance patient outcomes.
- The position requires experience in an outpatient setting, as well as experience in oncology care.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are : Zone A : $73,700 - $95,810 equity benefits Zone B : $84,755 - $110,180 equity benefits Zone C : $92,125 - $119,760 equity benefits Zone D : $95,810 - $124,559 equity benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
