Description:
Assists Business Manager with supply chain management that supports efficient daily operations and business aspects of the surgical services environment. Assists in the development of business plans, revenue cycle management, quarterly justifications, operational and capital budget preparation, contract management, charge reconciliation, vendor management, procurement of physician preference items, inventory management, statistical analysis and long term expense management. Assists in ordering, maintenance and supply management ensuring total patient needs are met and quality care is provided. Provide guidance to inventory control staff and business office staff. Responsible for supervising of Inventory Associates. Maintain a current inventory of O.R. specialty supplies, instruments, equipment, resource material and assure availability for surgical cases. Estimated salary range for this position is $59,359.09 - $77,166.82 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, 3-5 years inventory background preferably in a medical setting.
- Some supervisory experience preferred.
- Highly organized, process oriented.
- Strong project leadership skills.
- Computer Skills in database management, Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint, MS Word and Visio.
- Knowledge of People Soft and Cerner preferred.
