Were looking for a versatile Marketing & CRM Coordinator in our Troy, MI headquarters, who is interested in helping manage client data and support a national marketing team in driving business growth. Our ideal candidate has experience managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and brings a collaborative spirit to assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks that position the team and firm to thrive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a data steward for the firms CRM, ensuring data health to assist with targeted sales and marketing efforts.
- Gather data necessary for monthly reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM system to ensure data integrity and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal users to solve unique CRM system issues as needed and ensure system reaches its full potential.
- Coordinate managing data between CRM with other firm software.
- Assist Digital Marketing Manager with social postings and email marketing campaigns originating from CRM.
- Manage data imports and help establish workflows and standards for entering data in the CRM.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, such as proposals and presentations, when needed.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities.
- Execute ad-hoc projects as needed to support strategic firm and geo-specific marketing plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field, or four years of similar experience in lieu of degree.
- Requires strong proficiency in HubSpot and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication competencies, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
