About the Opportunity
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Sales Professional to join our team at Doggett. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for promoting the sales of service, parts, and whole-good attachments as a customer solution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You'll be responsible for selling machine maintenance and repair services, parts, hoses, oils, extended warranties, preventative maintenance agreements, whole goods attachments, and other management-approved products.

Responsibilities
- Maintain technical knowledge of Doggett products and services and provide technical assistance where applicable.
- Utilize CRM tools to fully document, track, record, follow-up, and capture all related sales activities.
