Office Manager

Position Overview:

• Payroll entry/Payroll support.
• Transactional Accounting.
• Financial and accounting reporting support.
• Reception and customer service.
• Data entry and business documentation organization.
• Supply and inventory management.
• Face of office support, manage daily workload and flow of the office space.
• Other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements and Skills:

• Background in QuickBooks preferred or strong experience in other accounting platforms and proven background in picking up software quickly.
• Must have a strong skill set in all Microsoft programs with a special focus on Excel skills.
• Ideally 5 years or more experience in office management and accounting.
• Strong internal and external customer service skills, this position requires professionalism and ability to support the team.
• Eagerness to complete tasks and ensure workload is done correctly and on time, ability to prioritize work and remain organized is a necessity.
• Proactive thinker, willing to communicate questions and work smart!

Benefits and Pay:

• Medical, Dental, PTO.
• Salary will depend upon skill set but will range from $25.00-35.00 per hour.
