Staffmark
is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for a growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, including AR, AP, and QuickBooks. Dental experience is a plus but not required. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a Type A personality, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM - Noon

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including AR, AP, and QuickBooks.
  • Maintain patient accounts and financial records.
  • Manage patient relations and address inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee schedules and assist with HR tasks.
  • Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage office supplies.
  • Support the dentist and clinical staff as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of office management experience (dental preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AR, AP, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • HR experience and dental terminology knowledge is a plus.
