Commercial Intern for Distributors
Reporting to: Area Manager
Location: Miami
The Distributors Latam Canada, Commercial Intern is responsible for the execution of all necessary process and tasks to meet the commercial targets based on the sales strategy, marketing plan and DG regional priorities within the distributors markets in Latam and Canada
Main responsibilities
- Commercial and Management:
- Analyze sell in, sell out, WHS, stock level, etc. together with business intelligence
- Follow up of the submissions and orders, analyze the service level and provide recommendations to improve
- Prepare and communicate price list by market.
- Provide administrative and commercial support to the whole Commercial team in case that is needed.
- Cross-Functional collaborations with Business Intelligence, Marketing, Supply Chain and finance.
- Follow up sales budget vs purchase, by franchise and axis
- Review and analyze fill rate and carry over units to improve sales.
- Reporting and Presentation:
- Support in the preparation of biweekly forecast review to top management, focus on day-to-day operations, level of achievement in the sales goal.
- Support in the preparation of business reviews with HQ and by client
- Assure data for internal areas: Promo, POSM, saleable units, etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, economics, or a similar field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business management, distribution within the beauty industry
- Proficient with MS Excel, mainly focus in big data and dynamic sheets.
- Proficient PowerPoint, Power BI
- Provide analytics to help influence strategic decision making and financial investments.
- Self-starter with exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical, project Management and Collaboration skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish
