Role Overview:
The US Transportation Coordinator will support the day-to-day logistics operations by coordinating and tracking domestic shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods across retail and distribution partners. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and will work closely with internal teams, Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs), and transportation providers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Freight forwarding tendering, which compares services, rates, and overall suitability, aiming to secure the best deal for their specific needs.
· Coordinate and monitor all domestic shipments performance. Works with carriers to provide alternative transportation solutions.
· Oversees Courier (FedEx, DHL, etc.) Management, reviewing costs and services to provide the right transportation solution. Includes supporting office and STE account use.
· Ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery of goods while minimizing costs and delays.
· Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate any delays or exceptions to internal stakeholders.
· Work with Brokers to assess duties impact on all local purchases, dependent on origin.
· Collaborates with internal and external partners to guarantee transportation compliance
· Review, reassess the transportation network design to improve efficiency, safety, and accessibility for people and goods.
· Act as the primary contact for transportation carriers and 3PL providers.
· Handles and ensure compliance for imports and exports shipments for the US and LATAM.
· Assist in preparing weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.
· Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation, including Bill of Lading, Proof of Deliveries, invoices, and carrier performance.
· Support invoice reconciliation and review freight charges for accuracy.
· Addressing and resolving issues related to transportation delays, damage, or other discrepancies.
· Collaborate with the Warehouse, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment on delivery priorities.

Qualifications:
· 2–4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination (beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry a plus).
· Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations: Understanding of applicable rules and regulations.
· Familiarity with import/export regulations and supply chain management principles
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking systems.
· Experience working with 3PLs and transportation management systems (TMS) is preferred.
· Strong understanding of export requirements to LATAM.
· SAP is a plus.
· Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
