Job Duties
- Accounting support for DSG Logistics
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Filing
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Answering phones/ interaction with carriers & customers, carrier claims
- Heavy Document review
Requirements
- Team Player
- Professional interpersonal communication skills
- Multi-task and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional problem solving skills,
- Detailed oriented
- Proficiency with computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Understanding of Logistics/shipping documents
Not Required But Preferred
- Understanding of shipping/logistics
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Education and Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or greater Required
- Industry experience a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
