Duties
- Manage the leasing process, including marketing available properties and processing applications.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management.
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including data entry for tenant information and lease agreements.
- Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates for ownership review.
