Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Accounting Specialists :

Financial Mastery : Excel in daily financial transactions, keep our accounts streamlined, and guarantee smooth posting processes.

Bookkeeping Brilliance : Uphold financial integrity by meticulously maintaining statements, conducting bank reconciliations, processing warranties, and managing core bookkeeping tasks.

Reporting Precision : Champion the timely delivery of month-end dealership accounting reports and ensure our books align perfectly with bank statements.

Account Management Pro : Skillfully handle accounts receivable and payable, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.

Payroll Partner : Collaborate in our payroll efforts to ensure our team members are always rewarded on time.

Ledger Guardianship : Commit to absolute accuracy in recording transactions within general ledgers, safeguarding our financial truth.

Requirements

Experience and Education :

Minimum of one year of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Associate degree in accounting or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
