Customer Service/Accounting:
Don Julio Foods (Manuel's Fine Foods) is a family owned company that has been in business for three generations in Utah, providing authentic tortilla chips and tortillas to local restaurants and grocery stores and has grown into an industry leader throughout the Western U.S. We are seeking a self-motivated, team player to join our Don Julio Team as our Office Manager with Customer Service and Accounting skills to work in our Woods Cross office.
Responsibilities:
·Receive and process all customer orders (via EDI or email)
·Work with the Don Julio Sales Team daily on orders & deliveries
·Communicate with buyers for large customers regarding orders when necessary
·Generate PO's
·Sales Orders input through Quick Books - along with pack slips, PO's, etc...
·Arrange daily delivery schedule for our drivers to all local stores, along with getting all necessary paperwork for the deliveries to them ahead of time
·Communicate with drivers, and stores, if necessary to assure documentation accuracy
·Arrange freight / work with logistics broker on large truckloads
·Work with the General Manager/Production Manager to communicate the product needs of Don Julio for orders and deliveries
·Receive Weekly On-Hand numbers for some stores and schedule deliveries to keep all stores in stock
·Generate Reports: Excel experience preferred
·Generate Credits / Claims taken by customers to be applied to invoices / deposits
·Work within customer portals to enter promotions, keep our items current and additional requirements from customers
·Reply to customer requests or complaints via emails received
·Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications: ·
·1 years of experience in accounting or related field
·Solid understanding / experience of basic accounting functions
·QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
·Any experience with 1WorldSync, Walmart Retail Link, EDI, Associated Foods Vendor Portal, Kroger Supplier Hub would be beneficial
·Attention to detail, accuracy and organization is KEY!
·Experience with spreadsheets preferred (Excel and MS Office)
·Strong written and oral communication skills
·Customer Service Oriented
·High School Graduate or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
