Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone, transferring calls & taking messages as appropriate
- Greet visitors to facility in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Track and help expedite incoming parts orders
- Assist with tracking inventory, sales orders and purchase orders
- Open, date stamp & sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and other required payment documentation
- Maintain office supplies by organizing and restocking supplies as needed
- Perform filing, scanning and copying
- Coordinate set-up of sales functions or other meetings, including food ordering
- Credit card reconciliation
- Generating certified payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with project-specific requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Two or more years general office/customer service experience or college degree
- Experience answering multi-line phone
- Proficiency in generating certified payroll reports for projects subject to prevailing wage requirements highly desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
- Able to work with minimal supervision, juggling multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn additional job functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- On-site position, M-F, 730a-430p.
