**Ford Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately scheduling, coordinating, and communicating service appointments for our customers. They will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize shop efficiency.
**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Schedule service appointments effectively, considering customer preferences, technician availability, and shop capacity.
- Maintain open and effective communication with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including service orders, estimates, and warranty claims.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns, working closely with the Service Manager to find satisfactory solutions.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
-Knowledge of Ford vehicles and service procedures is a plus
- Valid driver's license
