Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description: This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, and inventorying components used in the production of guest-facing game materials. Additionally, this individual oversees the packaging and shipping of boxed shipments leaving the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming orders/items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Package and ship outgoing boxed shipments efficiently and securely.

Hours & Schedule

Expected Weekly Hours: 40 with additional overtime as required.

Travel Expectations: None

Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM; evening or weekend overtime as determined by supervisor

Oncall: No

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments: Unloading trucks, sorting and stocking receivables, and verifying items and quantities
• Inventory management: Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing items, and ensuring stock levels are sufficient
• Shipping quotes: Preparing shipping quotes for internal stakeholders and determining the most efficient shipping methods and routes
• Preparing shipments: Creating packing lists and bills of lading, and preparing orders for shipment
• Managing shipments: Tracking and updating the status of shipments, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and legible
• Communicating: Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, and communicating with vendors and drivers
• Assisting with wrapping, packing, staging, loading, and unloading of finished goods
• Cleanliness and organization: sweeping shop floors, emptying trash cans and dust collection
• Transportation: occasional material pickups at local vendors utilizing company provided-vehicles
• Forklift operation (training provided)
