Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR policies. This position ensures a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and new hire orientation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Process payroll. Ensure accurate employee data and handling related inquiries.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
