As an Operations Specialist, will support the operations of five (5) Rochester childcare centers in Brighton, Henrietta, Greece, Webster, and Penfield (travel required). You will handle parent inquiries and interactions through various channels ensuring accurate record are maintained. You will assist with enrollment processes and resolve parent concerns. The position supports program quality by addressing operational challenges, participating in training initiatives, and assisting with staff recruitment.
Responsibilities related to centers and equipment include conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. The role involves managing technology-related tasks, providing technical assistance, and purchasing and maintaining equipment. Additionally, the position supports inventory and vendor management, including processing purchase orders, coordinating food orders, and maintaining inventory levels of supplies and promotional items.

- High School Diploma required
