We host 10 seasonal, in-person events that provide a platform for collaboration and innovation.
Position Description :
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Doon Insights. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including providing administrative support, managing customer relations and communications, utilizing clerical, email, IT / software skills, and assisting on-site during the events. This role is primarily remote. You will be expected to attend all events in-person, 5 in the Spring and 5 in the Fall.
Qualifications :
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficient in phone & email etiquette and communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong clerical skills; Attention to detail and organization
- Self-driven, passionate, and curious
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Experience in the startup / tech industry is a plus
- Experience with CRMs is a plus
