Mission

We're hiring a Director of Sales Growth who will be responsible for leading a high-performing SDR team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sales operations, coaching, and enabling high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard top SDR talent to build a high-volume team.
  • Establish the SDR structure, roles, KPIs, and performance metrics from scratch.
  • Develop a robust SDR training program focused on prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM usage.
  • Sales Process & Operations: Define and refine the SDR playbook for inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop a scalable lead qualification process to align with sales and marketing.
  • Culture & Leadership: Build a strong team culture focused on performance, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of coaching SDRs to success and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in creating scalable processes and playbooks from scratch.
