Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and technically adept Head of Outbound Marketing to enhance our marketing operations. The successful candidate will have a robust background in marketing, engineering, and automation, demonstrating a hands-on approach to lead generation and performance optimization in collaboration with the sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute independently while effectively liaising with developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation framework, encompassing scoring pipelines, workflows, and outreach campaigns.
  • Strategize and execute outbound marketing initiatives, including cold email outreach, LinkedIn automation, and retargeting techniques.
  • Oversee and refine our HubSpot CRM to optimize workflows, data management, and performance analytics.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to craft targeted outreach strategies and ensure a seamless transition to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools, automations, and processes to boost outbound marketing efficiency.
  • Track and assess campaign outcomes, delivering insightful reports to the CEO and sales team.
  • Establish and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the outbound marketing team.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in the travel and hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of industry nuances.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, showcasing a track record of successful LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM configuration, workflow automation, and lead monitoring.
  • Strong familiarity with email deliverability tools (e.g., Clay, HeyReach, Expendi, Sendspark, Mailreef).
  • Solid technical capabilities, with the ability to write basic automation scripts and SQL queries.
  • Experience in executing experiments across various marketing channels to elevate performance.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while juggling multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by a data-driven approach.
