Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the implementation team, managing all aspects of client onboarding, including project scoping, planning, execution, and the transition to support teams.
- Design and implement strategic frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions in an efficient and consistent manner.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve technical challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor key metrics such as time-to-go-live and client satisfaction, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and overall customer outcomes.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resources, and workflows to optimize ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Over 8 years of experience in implementations, project management, or client onboarding, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, enterprise-level implementations and familiarity with ERP platforms (experience with Accounts Payable integration is an added advantage).
- Proven track record of constructing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
- Preferred experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
