Mission
DoorLoop is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the front line in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to jumpstart their sales career by mastering both inbound and outbound sales development. The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving growth by handling a high volume of inbound leads and proactively reaching out to prospects via outbound strategies. The ideal candidate will be success-driven, disciplined, and operationally sharp, excelling in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification. This role is the gateway to more advanced sales roles, suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to inbound leads, qualify them, and move them efficiently through the pipeline.
- Use cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers and build your own pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points, needs, and potential fit for DoorLoop’s solutions.
- Proactively cold call prospects to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule demos with Account Executives (AEs).
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Maintain detailed notes in the CRM (Salesforce), track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, discovery calls, and booked meetings.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a sales role (SDR, cold calling, or prospecting experience).
- Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, and prospect across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing tasks and pipeline in a CRM like Salesforce.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; motivated to learn and improve.
- Eager to understand DoorLoop’s product and confidently address prospect needs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot) is a plus.
