Over the past three years, we have helped over 5,000 customers add direct mail to their multi-touch marketing strategies with a fresh approach to an old-school method.
For years, direct mail was done the wrong way. Businesses had to send thousands of cards and spend tens of thousands of dollars just to see “some” results.

The Community Sales Manager is a critical role at DOPE Marketing, responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing relationships with our existing customers. This role focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, subscription nurturing, and product upsells.
- Nurture Subscriptions: Help customers maximize their accounts and expand their campaigns.
- Demos: Conduct product demos and guide prospects through our solutions.
- Free Account Conversions: Convert free users into paying customers.
- Postcard Lead Follow-Up: Engage leads to ensure they leverage direct mail to grow their business.
- Convert Blocks: Close sales on Block Specials.
- Add Campaigns: Expand client marketing efforts to drive engagement.
- Upgrade Subscription Tier: Achieve a 20% annual conversion rate to higher subscription tiers.
- Annual Upgrades: Drive 10% annual upgrades across all accounts.
- Sell Print: Maintain an average of $200 per account in print sales.
- Upgrade Account Management: Convert 10% of accounts to premium management services.
- POS Block Attachment: Attach 25% of POS blocks to accounts.
- Free Account Conversion: Convert 33% of free account demos to paying customers (block or subscription).
- Round Robin Conversion: Close 33% of assigned leads on the same day and 50% within the week.
- Account Management: Convert 20% of accounts to upgraded or managed services.
- Block Attachment: Attach blocks to 25% of managed accounts.
- Every Other Month Outreach (EOM): Ensure proactive communication with assigned accounts.
- Campaign Strategy: Guide customers on best practices such as the 4x4 strategy (4 postcards every 4 weeks) or every other week.
- Utilize Sequences: Use HubSpot automation to create consistency and efficiency in outreach.
- Experience in sales, customer success, marketing, or account management is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on results.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in home services, B2B, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $120,000 per year (Base Commission)
